Apple’s new iPhone is all about user experience

The elegance in Apple’s new iPhone is in its simplicity and style. As die hard Apple fans applauded Apple’s long awaited entrance into the mobile phone market on Tuesday, Apple’s ingenious design efforts will prove once again that their sleek, sexy designs generate buzz and drive sales.

What does this have to do with tourism marketing? Well… I’m glad you asked. For one, Apple’s new iPhone is a shining example of Apple genius [and two - it's very cool]. Apple’s innovative iPhone is packaged with ease of use and exceptional user experience. They’ve figured out that it’s not necessary to over-engineer their products with a variety of bells, whistles, and features most of us will never use [like the majority of their competitors in the mobile phone space].

Apple’s devotion to innovation and to significantly enhanced user experiences sets them apart from the rest of the pack. The lesson we all can learn from Apple’s recent innovation is: Make it easy [and consistently easier] for the customer to interact with your products and services. Take what’s good about your business and make it great. Focus on making all aspects of the visitor experience better.
