Focus on your number one customers

The myth behind “the customer is number one” is a corporate philosophy that is doomed to fail for companies that treat all customers equally. The truth is, your core business should be focused on your number one customers. Many companies fail miserably because the service every customer equally. “The customer is number one!” you’ll hear echo through the hallways. However, the reality is successful companies understand that not every customer is created equal. They focus their limited resources on their number one customers, growing their business and investing in strengthening relationships while increasing their volume of business. Smart tourism operators spend little time on high demand, low volume customers.
