Hi Chuck, we use the NMEA protocol, which is very accurate. We have triggered audio and video content in some of the most challenging and rugged environments with overwhelming success. The NMEA protocol has been defined by, and is controlled by, the US-based National Marine Electronics Association. We manage all GPS trigger points using easy-to-use software, where we (or our clients) define the “trigger” radius around any or all GPS points.
